Delivery Area

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Options & Costs

Under £50 - Standard Delivery - £3.95 - 2 – 4 working days

£50 and Over - Standard Delivery - FREE - 2 – 4 working days

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
Most orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD depending on order size and weight.

Delivery Delays

We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, but delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

Peak periods (e.g., holidays, Black Friday)
Courier delays
Weather disruptions
Strikes or unforeseen events

We will keep you informed if we are aware of any significant delays affecting your order.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Refusal of delivery
Non-collection from a collection point

We will refund your order minus the original delivery cost (if applicable) once the item is returned to us.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@liftupsupplements.com with:

Your order number
Description of the issue
Photos if the item is damaged

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
