Refund Policy

At Lift Up Supplements Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read below for information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Certain products, such as perishable goods, health and hygiene products (if opened), or personalised/special order items, are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty item).

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where required.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancelling Your Order (Before Dispatch)

If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at sales@liftupsupplements.com. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the returns process above.
