Returns Eligibility

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Certain products, such as perishable goods, health and hygiene products (if opened), or personalised/special order items, are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
Refunds

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty item).

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancelling Your Order (Before Dispatch)
If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at sales@liftupsupplements.com. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the returns process above.
